Commons (Cricket) (aka sport field 14)
| Parallel to the Field Hockey field, but closer to Robie Street. Set it up east of the cricket pitch and leave room
in the south end (near Cogswell) to set up the Cogswell field. Basically, have the back of the endzone in the ball
diamond's right outfield. |

| The city uses field and ball diamond names for its fields. HURL sometimes uses these names
for its fields when the city reassigns our location. We have a separate
map image of how all these fields appear on the Commons. |

"The Pit"—M. Sullivan Memorial Park Fields (Fields 1 & 2)
| Travel north on Gottingen and continue past Young Street (this is when Gottingen turns into
Novalea Drive). Take Glebe Street on your right. Go until you see the field on your left. It's
known as "the Pit" because the field is at the bottm of a large hill. |

| The Wanderer's grounds are at the corner of Summer street and Sackville street in Halifax. |

Bay Road
| Near the intersection of St. Margaret's Bay Road and Dunbrack Street. Whether on foot, bike, or car,
take St. Margaret's Bay Road from the Armdale Rotary. Approximately one kilometer up is a crosswalk
(just before Bay Road goes up a hill)—turn right here onto Fenerty. Almost immediately, turn
left onto Crown Drive, which runs roughly parallel to Bay Road. Travel down Crown to the very end and
there is the field. |

Halifax All-weather
| Coming from Halifax along the 102, take the Lacewood exit and turn right onto Lacewood Drive. You can
either turn right onto Regent Park road, follow Regent Park until it ends, and take the road on the left at
the end. This will take you by the Halifax West high school and then to the fields. Alternatively, turn
right at the library (as if to go to the library) and take the road immediately to the left that leads to the
Indoor Soccer training building — the fields are in behind. |

Springvale
| Take the St. Margaret's Bay Road from the Armdale Rotary. Turn right on Keating Road. Keep to the
left and you will be on Crown Drive. Turn right on Brook Street and then left on Downs Avenue. After
a short drive the field will be on the left. |

Stadacona Gym
The Stadacona Gym is in the military base on Gottigen Street a few blocks north of North Street,
near the intersection of Gottigen and Bloomfield. It is on the east side of the street.
You will need to have government photo id to have access to the gym. If your name wasn't submitted
by HURL in advance (i.e. you aren't on a team or aren't on a registered pick-up list) then you will not
be allowed onto the base. |

Dockyard Gym
| The entrance to CFB Halifax is at the corner of Barrington and North (at the lights on Barrington underneath
the Macdonald bridge, turn east–towards the harbour). Vehicles are parked in the first lot after turning
off Barrington. Security gate personnel will direct you to the gym. Government photo ID is required. |

J. L. Ilsley High School
| Take Herring Cove Road from the Armdale Rotary. Drive for 5 - 10 minutes. Turn left onto Sylvia Ave.
The school is at the end of Sylvia on the left (38 Sylvia). |

Cowie Hill (aka Albert J. Walker)
| Follow Herring Cove Road out of the Armdale Rotary. Turn right at Cowie Hill Road (set of lights). Follow the
road to the top of the hill. As the road turns to the right at the top of the hill, enter the parking lot on the
left of the road. The fields are just above the parking lot. |

Fort Needham
| Take Gottigen Street from downtown. Turn right onto Young Street then turn left onto Needham street. |

Dalhousie Wickwire Turf
| Take Robie Street to South Street. Turn west on South. Turn right onto Alumni Crescent onto the Dal campus. |

Saint Mary's Turf
| Take Robie Street to Inglis Street. Turn east on Inglis. Turn right into the parking lot just after
the Canadian Martyrs church. Park in the parking lot there and walk south towards the SMU tower to get to
the field. |

Maybank
| Take the Macdonald Bridge to Dartmouth. Off the bridge, head straight up Nantucket Ave. Turn left at Victoria
Road. Turn right onto Woodland Ave. Turn right onto Micmac Blvd. The fields are on both sides of the road
(two soccer fields on righthand side, diamonds on lefthand side). |

Dartmouth All-weather
| Take the MacKay Bridge to Dartmouth. Continue along the Circumferential Highway. Take the Burnside Drive exit.
Turn left onto Burnside Drive. Turn right onto Commodore Drive. Go past Spectacle Lake Drive. The fields are on
the lefthand side of the street. |
