Halifax Ultimate Coaching Policy
Halifax Ultimate’s Coaching/Chaperone Code of Conduct document describes the relationship Halifax Ultimate coaches and chaperones have with players. This document outlines the responsibilities of coaches/chaperones as well as defines harassment and outlines the accountability of coaches/chaperones and Halifax Ultimate to within this relationship.
Documentation for HU
HU members are entitled to inspect the books and records of HU (By-laws Section 17.4). If a HU member wants to inspect the books and records, please get in touch with the HU Chair atboard@halifaxultimate.ca to arrange a time.
HU Sports Accident Claim Form
If you are a HU member and injure yourself while playing Ultimate at a sanctioned HU event, you may be entitled to reimbursement of some of your medical expenses under the DiscNS accident insurance policy. To initiate the accident claim process, please email info@halifaxultimate.ca and CC board@halifaxultimate.ca and info@discns.ca within 48 hours of the accident.
