Halifax Ultimate 2018-2019 Junior Membership
Halifax Ultimate membership is required for participation in any league play. This membership level is open to players between the ages of 16-18 who are eligible for juniors division play in Ultimate Canada sanctioned events or who are otherwise approved for juniors membership by Halifax Ultimate.
To get this membership, players and their guardians must sign, with ink, an Assumption of Risk Agreement, which can be found here: http://www.halifaxultimate.ca/resources/files/HU_Assumption_of_Risk_Agreement.pdf
Once you have the document all filled out, please scan (or take a photo) it, then upload it for approval. Please upload the file in any graphical format (JPG, BMP, TIFF..etc) or PDF.
Once your document has been approved, come back to this page and click on "Register Now!" below (it will only appear once your document has been approved).
